Applications may be lodged between 9:00am to 12:00 pm, Monday to Friday except for statutory holidays. Appointments can be booked via http://acgcd.setmore.com.
If you are unable to make an appointment within the advertised hours and have valid reasons, you can either call 028-62685200 or send an email to email@example.com to schedule another appointment.
The level of passport fees is set under the Australian Passports Act. Fees are revised on a monthly basis. All fees can be paid with EFTPOS, Ali Pay and WeChat Pay.

It can take up to four weeks from the day you successfully finalise your application until your passport is ready for collection. Further delays will occur if we cannot contact your guarantor, or if we cannot contact both parents (for child applicants).
